Barbecue Seasoning Recipe
Yield: Approximately 16 oz
- 4 Tablespoons Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
- 4 Tablespoons of Fine Grind Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Paprika
Mix well then place in an air tight jar. A shaker lid is recommended so that the seasoning will come out slowing and evenly. Keep this product in a cool dry place to maximize its shelf life. If possible, apply to your barbecue meat about 24 hours prior to cooking, to insure that the seasoning sinks deep into your bbq.
